Contest Rules

Official Rules for the FITT USA Earth Day Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. Eligibility:

The FITT USA Earth Day Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of FITT USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

  1. Contest Period:

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on April 12, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on April 22, 2024. Entries received outside of the Contest Period will not be considered.

  1. How to Enter:

To enter the Contest, participants must:

  • Visit https://usa.fitt.com/earth-day/
  • Complete the entry form with all required information, including your name, email address, and any additional requested details.
  • Submit the entry form during the Contest Period.

 

  1. Prize:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 50ft HiFlo Hose and $250 Walmart Gift Card valued at approximately $280.99. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at FITT USA’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

  1. Winner Selection:

A random drawing will be held on or about April 23, 2024 to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email within 90 days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted within 90 days or fails to claim the prize within the 90 days from the time the notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

  1. General Conditions:
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of FITT USA, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
  • FITT USA reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
  • FITT USA assumes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, or misdirected entries.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner grants FITT USA the right to use their name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • FITT USA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond FITT USA’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by FITT USA in its sole discretion.
  • FITT USA is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or any materials associated with the Contest.

 

  1. Privacy:

  1. Winner’s List:

To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a request to FITT USA, 136 Corporate Park Dr Suite I, Mooresville, NC 28117. Requests must be received no later than within 90 day notification period.
